In the intervening weeks and days tallglassofoj® Inc. have received a lot of feedback from the community regarding the Good Boy™ trademark. The tallglassofoj® Inc. has just returned from a self-discovery, soul-searching retreat where we formulated our response. Now tallglassofoj® Inc. wants to be upfront about tallglassofoj® Inc.'s position:

• Good Boy™ was never intended to be restricted to solely tallglassofoj® Inc's use. tallglassofoj® Inc. secured the trademark in order to protect the greater community.

• tallglassofoj® Inc. believes that Good Boy™ should be available for everyone, regardless of whether or not they're a Good Boy™ or a Bad Boy™^[1].

tallglassofoj® Inc. now understands that many of you viewed this action in a negative light. For that: tallglassofoj® Inc. is truly sorry.

You may freely use Good Boy™ as you see fit, tallglassofoj® Inc. will only EVER defend the Good Boy™ trademark whenever anyone else tries to profit from, or use the Good Boy™ trademark in a confusing, contradictory, or inflammatory way.
